4) Limited Exceptions (Billing Issues Only)

While content-related refunds are not offered, we will correct clear billing errors:

Approved billing corrections will be issued to the original payment method.

6) Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Any order where access has been recorded


7) Right to Refuse
